SHIPPING POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT ON BOARDS TO BE FREIGHTED:
Within the State of Victoria our team will in most instances deliver your product personally. Alternatively, you can organise a collection by a freight company of your choice or we would be happy to recommend our interstate provider. Every single board is examined to ensure it is defect free before leaving our warehouse. Our 3943 package which includes a fin, paddle, Leg-rope and board cover, are all signed off  before shipping.

 

We take extreme measures to ensure our products arrive safely at your door. The boards are all heavily wrapped, with rails, tail and nose protected. SPB is not liable for any damage that may occur during freight. We take all precautions to ensure our boards are packaged adequately before leaving our warehouse. If your board is damaged in transit by a 3rd party we will not be held liable. Please ensure you inspect the product upon delivery before signing off with the driver.

WARRANTY

We offer the following limited warranty against any defect in workmanship or materials. This limited warranty excludes the following:

  • Boards that show impact or abuse, damage due to heat exposure including but not limited to direct sun exposure, extended amount of time in a car, board bag, etc.

  • Previous Repairs

  • Broken Boards

  • Boards with signs of improper care or handling

  • Incidental Damage

  • Unreasonable Use

 

LONG EXPOSURE TO HEAT :

Do not expose your board to excessive heat or sunlight when it is not in use. Whenever you are not using your SUP board (either during storage or transport to/from the beach) particular care and attention should be made to protect the board from the sun and heat. Excessive exposure to the sun and/or heat can result in the following unavoidable and undesirable consequences :

  • Distortion of deck pad

  • De-laminating

  • Significant fading of color

* When storing your board  for short periods of time outside we suggest using the cover provided with the cover left open.

The above is not covered under Warranty as they are due to a user or storage problem,  and not related to the manufacturing or material quality of your product.

​​CLOTHING RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at nick@sorrentopaddleboards.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All Clothing must have tags left on. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

 

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Sorrento Paddle Boards will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.We offer a 7 Day Returns Policy for our 3943 Touring SUP, subject to inspection.

Damaged or marked goods will not be refunded.

Refunds will be receipted and made direct to your account upon refund approval.
